Karen is a partner and founding member of DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC. With over 20 years of experience, Karen has a notable and distinguished record within the finance, real estate, lending, and title industries to produce unparalleled value to the firm’s clients. Karen draws upon her extensive experience in alternative conflict resolution (negotiation, mediation, and arbitration), her early years in construction litigation, and many years of transactional real estate experience to guide clients efficiently through complex transactions.
Karen co-founded the firm of Herkenham & DeAngelus in 2004. In 2009, she started her own boutique firm, The Law Office of Karen DeAngelus, saw steady success, and eventually grew into DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC.
Karen regularly holds educational seminars and trainings centered around real estate transactions, finance, and lending as well as other aspects of complex transactions including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). Karen has extensive experience representing lenders, investors, guarantors, local banks, title companies and title underwriters on all aspects of real estate and lending, including title curative work.
