ABOUT DAVID

​

David is an associate attorney with a passion for utilizing his prior technological, analytical, and counseling experiences to find creative solutions for firm clients. He advises firm clients on issues relating to trusts and estates, real estate, business formation and corporate governance. ​

 

David received his Juris Doctorate, with pro bono honors, from the Albany Law School.  As a law student, David interned with the information security team in the counsel’s office at the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance and was tasked with developing policies and procedures to protect employee and beneficiary information.  Additionally, during his time at Albany Law School, David volunteered at the Community Economic Development Clinic, where he provided indispensable counsel to small non-profit and for-profit businesses on corporate governance issues including entity formation, contracts, and applicable regulatory frameworks. 

 

Prior to law school, David honed his critical thinking and analytical skill sets as a Financial Analyst for a major financial services firm, obtaining his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
