Clifton Park, NY – DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC is pleased to announce the hiring of Candice Miller as the firm's Chief Operating Officer (COO) through Miller Strategic Advisory Group, LLC expanding the existing consulting relationship and role.
Candice joins the firm’s recently established Buffalo office located in Williamsville, NY, with over 13 years of Banking, Mortgage Servicing and Legal industry experience. She has held senior level leadership roles in both the legal and banking sector. Most recently serving as Director and Management Committee Member in a multi-state regional law firm as well as Vice President for a Super Regional Bank. In 2021, she started the Consulting firm, Miller Strategic Advisory Group, LLC, focused on providing small to mid-sized laws firms with Fractional services centered around Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) offerings.
She is a graduate of the State University of New York - Brockport (B.S - Accounting) and Canisius College (M.B.A - Finance).
In this new role for the firm, Candice will be tasked with guiding the firm through their continued growth and market expansion in New York and Florida. She will manage and oversee Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, and Office Administration. Candice will also work with the firm’s Partners and Practice Leaders to develop and execute the firm’s strategy and key initiatives.

Candice also proudly serves as the Co-Chair for the New York Mortgage Bankers Association (NYMBA) Communications Committee as well as on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier (BBBSENST). She has been an active BBBS board member since 2019 as well as serving her community as a Big Sister (Mentor) since 2017.
Candice resides in Orchard Park, New York with her husband, 4-month-old twins, two French bulldogs and cat. In her free time, she likes to catch up on sleep, read the WSJ and HBR, and enjoy a nice glass of wine while attempting to catch up on her favorite TV shows.
