ABOUT MEGHAN

​

Meghan is of-counsel to DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC. She is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of transactional experience, including specialized practice in data privacy and cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, technological solutioning, contract drafting and negotiation, policy making and project management. 

 

Meghan's experience in both private practice and New York State government lends itself to efficiently and effectively assisting clients with all business needs relating to data privacy including regulatory compliance, data security policies and procedures, data incident and breach response plans, disaster recovery, business continuity plans, technology contracting, and confidentiality agreements.

Born and raised in the Capital Region, Meghan received her bachelor's degree from Siena College and her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. Meghan considers herself a lifelong learner and values helping others learn as well. To that end, Meghan is a Director-at-Large on the board of Tri-County Literacy Center.
