January 24, 2022 [Clifton Park, NY] – DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC is pleased to announce the promotion of law clerk David M. Troiano Esq., to Attorney.
Mr. Troiano was sworn in as an Attorney during a ceremony hosted on Thursday January 13, 2022. He has worked as a law clerk for the firm since 2021 and will be promoted to associate attorney immediately. A graduate of Siena College (B.S. - Finance 2014) earned his Juris Doctor with Pro Bono Honors (2020) from Albany Law School of Union University.
Mr. Troiano graduated a semester early, while being an active member of the Community Economic Development Clinic which provided legal services to both, non-profit and for-profit entities. He was actively involved in several pro bono events providing legal services to various groups throughout the community including Senior Citizen’s Law Day, and Veterans Law Day. Mr. Troiano proudly served as the Co-Director of the Veterans Pro Bono Society during this time.

Prior to law school, Mr. Troiano worked as a Financial Analyst with a company-sponsored financial planning company from 2014-2018, obtaining his Series 7 and 66 licenses. His duties included; developing personal financial plans for clients, including investment planning, retirement planning, and estate planning. During this time Mr. Troiano also led his department’s charitable fundraising initiative from 2017-2018.
In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching basketball (Go Duke!), cooking, golfing and traveling; he currently resides in Schenectady, where he was born and raised.
