ABOUT CANDICE

​

Candice serves as the firm's Chief Operating Officer.  In her role she is tasked with guiding the firm through their continued growth and market expansion in New York and Florida.  She also manages and oversees Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, and Office Administration.  Candice also works with the firm’s Partners and Practice Leaders to develop and execute the firm’s strategy and key initiatives.  

 

With over 15 years of Banking, Mortgage Servicing and Legal industry experience - she has held senior level leadership roles in both the legal and banking sectors.  Most recently serving as Director and Management Committee Member in a multi-state regional law firm as well as serving as Vice President for a Super Regional Bank.  In 2021, she started the Consulting firm, Miller Strategic Advisory Group, LLC, focused on providing small to mid-sized laws firms with Fractional services centered around Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) offerings.
