Karen L. DeAngelus

PARTNER

Karen is a partner and founding member of DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC.  For nearly 20 years she has devoted her law practice to representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Karen co-founded the firm of Herkenham & DeAngelus in 2004.  In 2009, she started her own boutique real estate firm.  The Law Office of Karen DeAngelus saw steady success, and eventually grew into DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC.  Karen draws upon her formal training in alternative conflict resolution (e.g., negotiation, mediation, arbitration), her early years in construction litigation, and her many years of transactional experience to guide her clients efficiently through the closing process. Karen understands that the purchase or sale of a home is a major life event. She believes that her emphasis on regular, effective communication with her clients, realtors and other members of the team is indispensable to creating a positive client experience.
